K&S Custom Embroidery llc is a small business specializing in Greek Sorority and Fraternity embroidered and screen printed apparel and accessories. Owned and operated by sisters Kirstin and Sarah Forster in historic Downtown Ypsilanti, MI.

Ypsilanti is an amazing town with rich history, amazing people and blooming small businesses. Both K&S owners are Eastern Michigan University Alumni; they chose their locations because of their love for Ypsi and their connection to the community.

Ethics Policy
At K&S, we respect trademark laws and will not embroider any logo, name, font or color that is protected, unless proof of ownership is provided.
We do not embellish items with:

Racial, ethnic, or religious slurs

Unsavory or insulting words and/or phrases

Hate speech
Payment
Payment is due in full at time of order. For individual orders, we accept cash and most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted. We do accept business and oraganization checks.
Client-Provided Items
If you prefer to provide your own products for embroidery or vinyl embellishment we ask you keep a few things in mind.

There is always a chance an item may become damaged during embroidery or the heat press process. While we certainly do our best to avoid this K&S will not be held liable or issue refunds if this occurs.

We strongly recommend customers who are purchasing block letters use the twill we provide for backing fabric, as it holds up best. We can not guarantee any fabric or apparel not purchased through K&S.
Return Policy
Due to the customization of our products we do not accept returns unless an error has been made on our part. We ask that you review and proofread all designs before finalizing your order.
If at any time you are not satisfied with the product you receive, please do not hesitate to contact us. We strive to provide excellent customer service and quality products.
We do not guarantee any fabric or apparel not purchased through K&S, therefor we do not accept return or exchanges for embellishments and constumizations on client provided items.
Block Letter Care
We find that block letters last the longest and look the best when these care tips are followed:

Wash inside-out

Hang or lay flat to dry

Warm iron from the reverse side — do not iron directly on decoration
Shipping
For items we currently have in stock, orders will be shipped within 10 days from the date all order details have been received and payment has cleared. Specialty orders may require additional processing time.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact us! Many times, these can be easily accommodated, but we need to know before the order is placed.
